JUDGE GROUP was founded in Kelowna, British Columbia, by Gary Judge and Dimple Judge in 2019 with a clear purpose — to deliver a sophisticated, integrated, and results-driven real estate advisory platform built for today’s evolving market.

Gary Judge began his real estate career in 2005 in Toronto, Ontario, during a period of strong national growth. In 2006, Gary and Dimple relocated to Calgary to pursue expanding opportunities in Western Canada. Gary joined Century 21 and quickly developed expertise in residential and investment real estate, while Dimple advanced her professional career with Scotiabank Commercial at the corporate level, gaining valuable experience in financial systems, commercial operations, and institutional processes.

In late 2014, recognizing long-term growth potential in British Columbia, they strategically transitioned to Kelowna. As the Okanagan region entered a significant phase of expansion, Gary immersed himself in the local market, earning recognition as a trusted and strategic real estate professional known for disciplined analysis, strong negotiation skills, and client-focused execution.

Through extensive market engagement, it became clear that investors, developers, builders, occupiers, and landowners required more than traditional brokerage services. They were seeking comprehensive advisory support — from acquisition and feasibility analysis to development planning, lease structuring, valuation, and long-term asset strategy.
